2011 Baby Contest

Baby Contest - I "Senior Baby Grapette Contest"

Bring your 2-3 year old dressed in their grapey-ist costume to compete.

Contest sign-ups begin at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday September 24, 2011 behind the main stage.

Baby Contest - II "Junior Baby Grapette Contest"

Bring your newborn to 23 month old child dressed in their grapey-ist costume to compete.

Contest sign-ups begin at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday September 25, 2011 behind the main stage.

*No strollers, wagons, walkers, etc are allowed on the stage, costume only.

What: Double elimination bracket style cornhole tournament. Each game is best of 3, play to 21. (7 point mercy rule is in effect.)

When: Sunday, Septmember 25, 2011 (begins promptly @ 10am with a break for the parade and will resume @ 3:30pm.)

Where: Tournament to be held in the street outside of Northwest Savings Bank.

Teams must contain 2 players. The tournament will be limited to 64 teams (first 64 paid entries accepted). Any member younger than the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian as his or her partner.

This tournament will be played in accordance with ACA rules (American Cornhole Association).

This years Miss Grapette pageant is split up into two contests. Little Miss Grapette and Miss Grapette 2011. Please see the appropriate form for rules and application.

The Pageant itself will be held at Geneva High School on Saturday September 17, 2011 at 4:00pm.

Ticket sales will commence at 4:00pm and doors will open at 4:30pm and the pageant begins at 5pm.

Miss Grapette Pageant

The Grape Jamboree is proud to present a parade each day of the festival.

Parade Times:

Participant Information:

Groups are invited to participate in the annual Grape Jamboree Parade contest. Judging for both parades will be done by the "All American Judges Association" and both of the parades are forward motion parades.(This means that no one can stop their unit to perform at any time.)
